Owner and Operator

Ashley and her husband came to owning Ricks on a whim, one that would take them both on quite the roller coaster of learning how to run a restaurant that soon became the local hot spot. She and her husband continue to offer wonderful new ideas to Ricks every season, and have created a strong team that stands behind them- year after year.

James Thompson
Executive Chef

James Thompson brings seafood and American flair to Ricks with every delicious dish! James has served as the Executive Chef to Ricks for over six years, and every year the menu only gets better and more enticing. Be sure to ask about his weekly specials, and looks for the specify brunch’s no fall menus that debut only a few times a year!

Rachael Zilic
General Manager

With passion for people and training, Rachael loves building a staff made for high-volume and excellent service. She began her career with Ricks in 2013 as a server, and worked her way up to management upon completion of her Public Relations and Business Degree. Her bread and butter is event creation and Pinterest-worthy cocktails!
